  • How We Work

How We Work

At the start of any window and door replacement programme, in partnership with your landlord, we will produce a specific tenant Information leaflet that will talk you through the process, introduce you to the team who'll be carrying out the works, advise you on how to prepare for the improvements and offer Freephone numbers and an emergency call out service contact.

Tenant Liaison Officers

On larger projects, in addition to a Contracts Manager and a Site Manager, we employ tenant Liaison Officers (RLOs) who act as the main point of contact for tenants during the works. They are on hand to identify any special needs you may have at the start of the process, take note of any potential problems, answer any questions you may have during the home improvements, and when the works are complete will visit you to make sure you're happy.

Special Requirements

Your RLO is the contact you should inform about any mobility or health issues, language difficulties, children or vulnerable people in the home, cultural or religious requirements and any working hours, planned holidays or hospital appointments. We will jointly agree with you how to undertake works in respect of these special considerations to minimise disruption and deal with any concerns you may have immediately.
