Nationwide Windows & Doors Passes BSI Audits with Flying Colours
Nationwide Windows Ltd, is delighted to announce it has successfully undergone its most recent BSI audits. The four-day series of audits, both on and off-site, covered the company’s systems of Quality Management, Health and Safety, Environmental as well as multiple product standards encompassing windows, doors, glass units and panic hardware.
Compliance Director Chris Costall, comments: “These are the first audits to be undertaken since we consolidated our third-party certification to BSI as the main auditor. The consolidation means that our operations are firmly in line with British and international standards (BS/ ISO/ OHSAS) and also reassures customers that our systems, products and services are fit for purpose.
“We’re delighted with the results. The scope of February’s rigorous audits included continued certification to British and Internationally recognised standards; re-certification, for a further three years and part transition to the revised 2015 standards for Quality and Environmental. Achieving successful UKAS accredited third party certification means we meet legal and client requirements, but it is so much more than this. By really embracing standards, we are constantly improving our product, service, the health and safety of our workforce, and our environmental performance. They are all vital attributes for driving our business forward and demonstrates to all our stakeholders that we take every aspect of our business seriously.”
