Busy – and Award-Winning Times - for Nationwide Windows & Doors’ GQA Approved Training Centre
It’s great to see that our Training Centre is enjoying such success as we’ve invested significant resource and time into being able to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in-house. Carrying out training in this way means we can ensure all assessments take place ‘on the job’ and are real life focused, but just as importantly, that they backed up by third party standards.
Making A Difference
Just before Christmas we were recognised in the GQA Awards as an organisation who is Making A Difference in the delivery of training. We were delighted to be recognised for truly committing by recruiting an employed trainer and assessor, and then investing in the necessary development of procedures and processes that enable us to deliver a best in class qualification programme that improves our people, customer service and ultimately our business.
Mick Clayton, GQA Chief Executive Officer and Mike Morris GQA Chairman presented the Making A Difference Award and had this to say: “As College and Training Providers will all appreciate, becoming an Approved Centre from scratch is no easy task.
