Take A Look Inside Nationwide Windows & Doors
The leading fenestration partner to the new build and social housing sectors, Nationwide Windows Ltd, has released a new corporate video giving customers a chance to see inside their state-of-the-art production facilities.
The video gives a walk-through of how Nationwide Windows Ltd manufacture their extensive range of windows and doors and the unique processes they have in place to make them the preferred fenestration partner to many leading housebuilders, housing associations and local authorities in the UK, as well as offering insight in to the showroom facilities at Head Office.
“We fabricate all our windows and doors at our 126,000 ft2 manufacturing facility in Rugby,” says Daryl Cashmore, Nationwide Window & Doors Operations Director. “Current production levels are around 60 products an hour – that’s 1 product manufactured and installed every minute of every working day, and huge investment has been made into fully automated lines to ensure every product that is installed by us met the highest standards of quality and safety.
“This new video offers our customers an insight into the processes we follow to produce our windows and doors from beginning to end, as well as our unique innovations such as our labelling system which tracks each product throughout the manufacturing process. The footage includes a guided tour of our 36,000ft IGU facility, which was opened in 2015 and makes around 4,000 sealed glass units per week. By incorporating IGU production into our supply chain, we gained full manufacturing control and in turn assured our status as fully integrated supplier. The video illustrates this streamlined integration.
“Precision is key for us and this video demonstrates everything that goes into our proven track record of making scheduled deliveries in full and on time, and how windows and doors from Nationwide Windows Ltd are the perfect fit every time.”
