Security
All Nationwide employees are required to carry proof of their identity. Please do not allow anyone into your property unless they can show an Identity Card (illustration coming soon):
Our site operatives also wear uniforms with the Nationwide Windows logo clearly visible. If you have any doubts about the person’s identity do not let them into your home, and immediately call the freephone numbers you will have been given.
Safety
We ask that you keep children and pets away from the areas where we are working, and away from vans, buckets, ladders etc. Our operatives will always try to remove items that pose a potential danger at the soonest opportunity, but we do need your help to ensure that children do not come to any harm. Scaffolding if erected on your home can be dangerous, so please warn all family members that they should never play on or around it. Please also warn children that they should never enter a site compound as skips and storage sheds contain glass and sharp objects.
